On heels of strong championship event, popular bass fishing trail gears up for 2015 and beyond

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (June 11, 2014) — Lucas Oil, the leading manufacturer of high-quality petroleum additives and oils for high performance engines, has renewed its partnership with the Texas Team Trail presented by Cabela’s (TXTT). The multi-year agreement was finalized as the TXTT concluded its 2014 season on legendary Toledo Bend Reservoir, June 7-8.

Headquartered in Corona, California, Lucas Oil provides high-performance oils, lubricants, car care products and fuel treatments to anglers and drivers alike. The partnership with the Texas Team Trail also includes the Lucas Oil Team-of-the-Year award. The winning anglers will receive custom rings courtesy of Lucas Oil in addition to paid entry fees for the upcoming season.

Toledo Bend, one of the world’s premier bass fishing destinations, provided an excellent test for TXTT anglers. The team of Tim Reneau and Phil Marks was crowned 2014 Champions with a two-day total weight of 63.28 lbs. and took home a brand new, fully-rigged Ranger Z520C with Evinrude outboard and custom Ranger Trail trailer. The first place prize package was valued at over $66,000.
